Default V4 inlet on Newage avcs heads?

So i bought this Newage block, wich as T20c stamped in it, should be a JDM STI.. i am not gonna use the avcs, blocking it. since this block runs standard on a td05 16G..
But i cant use the inlet manifold, so i would like too use my v4 inlet, but it doesnt fit since the bolt pattern is different. I found these adaptor plates, but is there anything more required? im kinda new to this..

Help would be much appreciated

The adapter plates also require the inlet manifold to be lengthened if i remember correctly.

Version 4 Inlet to Newage heads requires the manifold to be extended by approx.14mm.
