Default Screen wash issue

As title I have a problem with my screen wash, I bought some good wash today preparing for the weather, good for -20c. Anyway I filled the bottle with about 4.5 ltr, I then went on to fit new earth straps. As I was doing these I noticed i had a soggy wet shoe.. Most of my fresh new screen wash was pissing out from under the car, after lying down in the stuff I found where it was coming from. For some unknown reason it's pissing out of my headlight washer jets!!
I have never had an issue with them before and I mean 2.5 litres in 10 minutes. Any ideas what could have caused this? Or anyone had same, simalar?

On my classic before I customised it there where two motors attached to the bottle. You may find the headlight one is stuck open or broken in some way so just allowing it to pour out. As a temp fix you just need to block that hose from the pump.

The washers arn't really much use anyway unless your car gets very very muddy.
