light help needed

Default light help needed

i had some halo lights fitted to my scooby when we got which i didnt really like so done a deal with a someone to get oe lights, since doing so the lights do not work as they should like the driver side light will be on high beem while the pass side is on dipped beam then vise versa when i turn on the high beem.

any ideas

As above, any competent auto electrician will sort it.

Some idea of model and year would help us on here.......

its a scooby sport 2l awd 2000 reg. i have since got the old halo lights back in but is still doing the same thing.
