Well im glad to say i got the headers and up pipe off today with no snapped bolts or studs. I did however have to remove the O2 sensor as i couldnt remove the heat shield to gain access to 1 of the bolts, managed to get in through the wheel liner whilst wheel still on.

The crap weather and falling light stopped play before i could get it finished, i got the new up pipe bolted up to the turbo and test fitted the headers but im going to need to slightly bend/cut part of the front cross member to allow proper clearance. Hoping for some better weather tomorrow so i can get it finished and start fitting the fmic, inlet pipe, rcm induction kit and new aps 3" system before hitting the rollers on friday

Side note...With the money i saved fitting the parts myself (£150) i bought some nice new shiny tools and boy im glad i did as would of struggled without them today..
