Default Check engine light on

Morning! I've a Ongoing issue with eml on 99 turbo 2000, every time the weather takes a turn for the worst the check engine light comes on, after about half hour driving it go's out, never logs a fault, I'm guessing some wirings getting damp somewhere, checked everything I can see, had the ecu out to check and all seems ok, anyone had any similar issues? Help would be appreciated, driving me mad!
