Default Upgrade Options Advice Please

Hi guys hope all well, I've got a Classic 1997 Catalunya, Decatted ss exhaust all the way through,Bailey dump valve, i'm thinking of upgrading bits and bobz and doing some reading i'm thinking of VF28 Turbo,440cc Injectors Orange MAF and a 75 ECU, What are your opinions please?
is this a safe option? without upgrading gearbox etc....

Any advice appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

got the same setup nearly:

vf28 turbo
yellow injectors
sti intercooler.
swrd 255lph fuel pump
3port boost selenoid
APexi ECU

i would say you still missing the 255lph fuel pump for sure. and maybe a 3port boost selenoid. Don't know about the maff :-?? mine is Green. what difference that makes?

Will find out this wednesday how much power I make and the rest.

Also note, you will need phase 1.5 injectors.. the ones that come in the fuel rail with green stickers. lots on sale on ebay are the phase 2 injectors, which will only fit with another adaptor kit costing extra £45.

Thanks mate keep us posted on how you get on, would love to hear how you got on, fuel pumps a good idea I'll make some enquiries to see if I can get one,
Was told that the orange maf will allow more air without causing the car to go into safe mode and cut the fuel, anywhere you recommend for parts?

What is a "75 ECU"?
I'd avoid any standard ECU's and don't believe the BS about "self learning" - ESL seems to work well for many classic owners or like the above you have Apexi, Alcatek or Syvecs if you have deep pockets
