Default Titanium heat wrap - just as good as DEI?

Hello All,

I've bought and used LOADS of DEI heat wrap in the past, and its always worked well.

I know you get what you pay for, but i'm wondering if we are paying to much for the brand name.

I've come across this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TEGIWA-TIT...-/400761530199 could be worth a punt.

I'm wondering if if anyone us using anything other than DEI titanium wrap, and found a product that is just as good?

Hi Resh

No DEI is DEI,DEI has been best for many years,if you are thinking about the good heat wrap then I would have look on ThermoTec or Magna Wrap

http://www.thermalvelocity.co.uk/Exh...p--/p-105-408/

Friend using their wraps on his car only and he is very happy, but if you are thinking to wrap like top mount etc then I would go with DEI gold tape, expensive

Thanks,Jura

the thermal velocity stuff is awsome and you don't need durex gloves to fit it either, 20metres was more than enough to do headers and up pipe
