Default clutch judder/bite issue

My clutch judders first thing in the morning and during the day the bite point can be high then next junction it bites early what causes this

Car is a blob sti jdm dont know what clutch it has as just imported it 2 weeks ago

I think it could be fluid as when it bites high if i press pedal a couple of times it bites low down again

Was just guessing as May be fluid is contaminated/air.
Cheap option to rule it out. Replace or bleed.
