Silly question but are you noticing any oil patches on the floor? Have a look underneath as could be something silly like loose oil filter or sump plug, when oil heats up it becomes thinner so could be a minor leak...
When driving on boost are you noticing any blue smoke coming from the rear.....
Also check the oil cap for any white residue.
Check those things first bud.

My mate took his car to garage they must caught the oil filter and put a Nick in it. His oil light came on, as pulled up at mine. He was going drive home, would have blown his engine.
Check it with engine off then start it up, as said oil goes thinner when hot, might show leak as shouldn't be using that much oil. Make sure you tell garage it if you find fault. As may cause problems layer date, although if you haven't noticed any knocking or any other faults then think you got away with it.

Don't assume it was filled correctly.
I remember picking up my nearly new civic type r after a service, within a few miles it had chucked every drop of oil as they hadn't tightened the sump plug up.
I'd fill it again, and monitor it very closely, and like above get it on axle stands, let it run and get right up to temp and get under it.

Surely a quick investigation first before taking it into garage would be a good idea, I'm not sure I'd want to be taking the car on an hours drive with that kind of oil usage/leak.

Also make sure your on level ground and leave the oil settle after turning engine of before checking. I've noticed with subarus the engine oil takes ages to settle into the sump. Also as already said if you can't see leaks or blue smoke top up to the correct level and monitor it
