I've had my car nearly two months now and I absolutely love it, but sometimes when I'm driving the pedals start squeaking and creaking, and its getting a bit annoying, is there any way to resolve this?

 

Spray some wd40 on the back of the pedal on the spring. Make sure it don't go on the surface of the pedal though

 

My clutch pedal does this when I press it in, tried the WD on it but still squeaks a little bit

 

I find wd40 to be very temporary. A spray white grease fixed mine and 18months later still no squeeking.

 

I had a squeaky clutch pedal for months, I tried spraying it with wd40 but still had the same problem. Turned out the noise wasn't actually coming from the pedal, it was coming from under the bonnet, it was the clutch slave cylinder that was on it's way out.

 

Ok, I'll have a try at greasing it up, its not just the clutch with mine though, the accelerator pedal occasionally does it too, its not a constant thing just every now and then, but completely random.
