03 spec c noise behind dash
Ok so my newly acquired spec c has a noise coming from behind the dash seems to be center or to the passenger side, the sub has only just arrived from sva where they done all oil and fluids change is the noise likely to be an air lock in the heater matrix behind the dash or could it be something else
U cannot hear it on tick over but once u get up to speed and in boost u can hear it sound like a old tape been chewed or a air leak...
Car isn't over heating and apart from that is running spot on..
Thanks

deff air lock in matrix, mine did this when i changed the rad a few weeks ago.
when its cold take off the header tank cap and the put heaters to full hot and blower too. then let it idle for about half an hour and the lock will bubble out the header tank.
took me three attempts to get rid.

Cheers buddy will give it ago..... Otherwise I'm guessing I will have to do a compleat cooland change the propper way via the turbo, un sure on how sva do there coolant changes on a impreza but guessing they didn't do it the propper way lol...
My only problem is when ever I've done this before once the coolant start getting up to temp it start over flowing out of the header tank.
This is my first Newage so abit of a newb question but should I only take the the header tank cap of or should I take the rad cap off to ??
