Default crank sizes?

Hi all, Just had my crank back from the machine shop it went in for a check up and a polish. The sizes he gave me were 52mm and 60mm for rods and mains..so just wondering what are the best but still affordable..found this on jimbobs rebuild..

thanks terry

I use ACL Race Series, Cosworth and ACL Duraglide.
If the oil clearances are coming up on the tight side of spec, then you can use the HX (as in your post above).
