Time has come to give my scooby a treat with an oil change.

what should i be using in this engine? i dont care about price.
just want to make sure im using the correct brand/grade.

ive used 10/50 fully synth for 8 years with no problems at all.
7.5bar oil pressure when cold on tickover
3-4 tickover when up to temp the 6-6.5bar when driving
