Con rod install direction

Hi all,

Currently rebuilding my 2003 wrx engine , I am installing the rods and they have a arrow which I think should point towards the front of the block crank pulley end,

Is this correct?

Thanks for reply, that is the way I have installed them , but looks like who ever built the engine before installed them the wrong way round,

Would that have any effect on the engine?
