Default Boost not stable! -94 WRX

Hey all, back with the problems.

So Im having some boost problems currently on the scoob.
Boost levels seem to change from around 0.5 to 0.9
Sometimes on acceleration the turbo maxes out quite soon at 0.5 and seems to be around losing half the boost power that Im used to.

I have tried to combat the situation by:

Replaced
Knock sensor
MaF
Filter on HKS induction kit
3 port solenoid
Turbo inlet hose pipe (the pipe had cracked where it connects to the Bov)

and also tried to check all the vaccuum lines.

Any help on this one?

Have you tried bypassing the boost solinoid. Connect pressure hose direct to the waste gate?!
Should run about 0.5 bar.
If still a problem it's most likely nothing related to the ecu or electronics.

Yep.
That way boost control is strictly waste gate spring only.
May help the process of elimination!
