Default Down pipe hitting bulkhead. help !!!

hi guys. ive had the down pipe decat in for ages with no issues. however, I fitted a up pipe decat today. when ive put the car back together ive noticed the downpipe is now touching the bulkhead. it sounds awful inside the car. any ideas or has anyone had the same ?? any input would be greatly appreciated.

Loosen the downpipe nuts so the downpipe moves on the studs and reposition it and tighten up.

If it was fine before you replaced the up pipe then I'd say you've disturbed something when fitting the up pipe. I'd be making sure the de-cat up pipe and turbo are sitting in the right place first......

hi guys. I got back on it today. I repositioned it all an its moved away enough not to rub. but its still quite close. I took it out for a spin to see how it sounded but it feels as if the boost level has halved an like its got hardly any pull. will this be because it needs a remap ??

Lots of reports about toyo sports etc and not all good but did you notice the bore size of the up pipe compared to the original as i think you will find that it is much too big and so the turbo is not spooling up as it should, this comes from my experience recently.

update:
my car runs fine for about 10 mins then the boost drops. the exhaust temp sensor is currently just tied up. Im under the impression this can be deleted when I get it mapped. (please correct me if im wrong tho). could this be giving a faulty reading thus making it go into a sort of limp mode??? ive run diagonisis on it an no fault codes came up.

put a boost gauge on it to see whats going on. it might be overboosting then going into limp mode which cuts boot to 0.5. the toyo pipes are much wider and will affect boost. will need a map really.

If that's the issue. Will the map solve the over boosting ??
