Owing to a slight mishap in which someone hit my front offside wheel square on I have some minor bodywork damage (mainly the front wing) and what appears to be relatively minor suspension damage in that the wheel now has rather large negative camber - the strut is broken and the steering arm is bent.

Other than that, the car is virtually spotless.

Amazingly, the insurance company are attempting to write it off but have offered me a cash settlement and I get to keep the salvage to allow me to repair it.

I'm tempted to get the suspension and bodywork done separately. Can anyone suggest someone reliable in the Surrey area for the suspension work as I don't want to end up with wonky suspension?

Suggestions for the bodywork also gratefully accepted.

are you not tempted to do it yourself? if its just a wing and strut its a very simple diy repair

 

Don't really have the time to fix it myself although I did briefly consider it.

Any suggestions for suspension works in or around Surrey please?

Sort of tempted to sell it as it as I keep hearing they are worth more in parts - see My Garage for details if anyone's interested.

Finally got the go ahead for a repair and the company the car is with at present are a little concerned they do not have the expertise to setup the suspension so we've agreed I will get the suspension done and they will do the bodywork.

Not had contact with SSS or TFS before. Any more votes for them or other suggestions gratefully accepted.

 

I have not used them before,I know some one on here had a rant about Tfs a while back...........
A lot of people on Surrey scoobies rate them and I believe jgm's green machine has had a lot done by them.....
