Hi, I'm after some advice on the best mods for the money. I have 2006 Hawkeye 2.5 WRX. It has a decat exhaust but is standard everywhere else. I would like about 300 bhp but want to spend my money wisely on thing that WILL work. I've looked at FMIC but would want to retain the crash bar and the only one I've seen is over £540. Have also looked at TD05-20G turbos. As you can tell I'm all over the place so really need some advice. Thank you all.

The hawk will run close to 300 on a standard turbo . . Decat, panel filter and a remap will see you there

I'm not sure who it was but after a spell on google I came across an impreza specialist who listed four turbo upgrades that required no other mods internal or external. The TD05 was one of them and as they are not really expensive it was something I have been considering. The car is my daily drive so don't want to go totally banzai.
