baffled sump / baffled sump plate

Hi all,

I was wondering when you have an baffled sump do you still need baffled sump plate?

Some run both.

Some would say you only need one and not the other.

If the baffled sump is a decent piece of kit I wouldn't bother with a baffle plate, I didn't anyway.
