Squeaking spoiler
Morning everyone. I have a GB270 prodrive spoiler on my hawk and it has started making squeaking sounds when driving. I am assuming it just needs tightening does anyone know what the torque settings are?

Might be an idea to seat it in something....I usually recommend this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Carafax-ID...item2a366d93eb
Place a 10 mm bead round the outer edge of the spoiler, about 20mm in from the edge, and round any holes for bolts, screws and wiring, then replace and tighten spoiler.
That stuff will help it seat, keep it in place and squeak-free and keep the boot dry.
It's a non-setting mastic used on caravans. Any excess can be cleaned off with white spirit.
