Default Sports cat blanket

I'm looking at putting a heat blanket on a Prodrive sports cat I'm hoping to put on my car very soon. As the original Prodrive blankets are as rare as rocking horse muck, does anyone know where I can source an alternative blanket? Also, what are people's thoughts with regards to them improving performance, and passing the MOT emissions test, should I bother?
Thanks,
Gio

Thanks guys, Looks like I'll have go down the same route and just wrap it up with normal heat wrap.
Cheers,
Gio
