Which is the best way to upgrade V4 heads ?
It is daily drive car pushing 400 hp.

STI heads will do 400bhp easy enough, why do you want to rev it that high? No need at all, and it would probably just over spool the turbo and generate alot of heat that you don't want.

A turbo wont generate heat at high rpm if its connected to a wastegate and controlled by a computer.

Sti head is a good option but lots of things to change.. Intake injectors pulleys etc..

Why not using v4 heads?
