Default Intercooler Help!!

I have a APS SR375 TMIC.

Removed the OEM BOV, to find that the previous owner must have lost a bolt or something as he's bored out the BOV screw hole and also the intercooler bolt hole with a bigger Diameter bolt!!

Now the threads have came away and it won't securely fix!!!

is it possible to weld up the hole and retap it with the normal dia bolt?

or do i need a new intercooler??

if so where can i find a APS SR375 TMIC???? I can't find one anywhere!!!

You can fit a helicoil. Most garages will do it. 5 min job.

Yeah. It drills out the hole and puts in a threaded bit to the size you need. How much bigger is the hole than a standard one?
