2nd break down in the first week
so today the wrx broke down for the second time in the first week of ownership, on sunday it was due to a short circuit on an aftermarket fog relay (this blew the clock fuse) that was an easy fix, just removed the relay and fogs and new fuse, and she drove fine. now today driving across a very busy round about, loss of power splutter and dead. aa came and towed her away to a local garage. seems to be the fuel pump, but checking the fuse box the clock fuse had gone again, and keeps popping. so would anyone say the pump is related to this fuse? garage are going to have to fix this one as i have no time with exams, but does anyone have any suggestions that may save me a few pennies?
thanks in advance

electrics are always difficult !!
probably the last thing it will be is the fuel pump itself. known problems for fuel pump not working are :: connector under the drivers seat :: immobiliser :: general wiring faults
don't have enough knowledge to say if clock fuse could be involved.....
