Default Most frustrating oil leak

Hi guys, as some of you are aware, my car went in for major surgery in mid December. The mechanic has had it back 4 times since, and he can't seem to fix an oil leak, that wasn't there before the car went in.
Is there an obvious place he could have disturbed when replacing the engine?
Things have got that bad, I nearly part exchanged her on an Audi A4 yesterday!

As above, a picture or two is worth a thousand words.

If someone guesses correctly will they win a prize?

I'm going for rear crank seal.

Sorry guys, wasn't thinking straight!
As you look into the engine bay, car in front of you, it's coming from the top, left hand side.
Down from the bottom somewhere.

Cracked head was mentioned by the mechanic who did the job. Is that a big job to sort again?

Game on - my guess would be front cam caps not being sealed.

Sorry to the OP

He said it was the rocker cover last time. It's been in 3 times now. Got another mechanic who is willing to look at it this week, just means paying again!

My assumptions about that mechanic were correct.
Turns out it's the rocker cover gasket.
He charged me £100 to fit a new one last time it went in with an oil leak that wasn't there when he took the car in.
He hasn't replaced it. He has covered it in silicone.

Cheater, you had seen the OP's description of where the leak was coming from.
