What does the 6 and 7 mean? Is it the heat grade?

Yep. Also gap varies depending on what boost you are running. Its generally recommended that if you have standard boost the gap should be 0.7mm. If your running 0.2bar/3psi above standard boost then 0.65mm and if 0.4bar+/6psi+ above standard boost then gap to 0.6mm.

So which plugs are correct for me then? Are the ngk and iridiums the same?

Yes and no lol I own a mapped p1 running 1.5 bar. Even tho its classed as a uk car the engine is a v5 sti.
