Ok so I have sold although full payment has not been taken yet for my v3 uk bugeye ecu that has had the licence paid for mapping....Basicly my question is what do I need to send him so its plug and play on map day.

From what I can gather the alarm runs through the ecu on the uk bugs so would like to give everything that is required to buyer...

The alarm doesnt run through the ecu. Bit the key is chipped to the ecu. If its being mapped them the mapper can code the buyers existing keys at the same time.

 

I keep on reading about transponders, I'm guessing this is the key / fob....his car is been mapped that was the point of him buying the ecu..... So all he needs is the ecu and the mapper can do the rest ?
