Default sigma alarm

My missus has a impreza sport, fitted is a sigma alarm, she has continued problems in certain areas where the alarm seems to get knocked out so you are unable to use the fobs to disarm the alarm, we then have to use the keypad which is temperamental to say the least. I was thinking of just disconnecting the alarm but am unsure how to do this , or any other suggestions would be appreciated......

Thanks

If you search on here it's very common. I can park in two different bays in my work car park. It works in one bay and not in the other.
