Default Vibration

Got a slight steering vibration, seems to be when slowing down, had balancing checked all ok, just fitted new disk and pads, not long fitted new front drop links, so have no idea what it could be? any help !!

Grooved discs?
Could also be that the hub needs cleaning as the disc isnt sitting properly.
