Essex Scooby Karting Night ??
Hi,
I haven't been on the forum for a loooongggg while but I bumped into an old mate at the weekend who is a dedicated scooby driver and I mentioned that I had been helping get a go-karting track up and running over the past few years in Witham just off the A12. (A12Karters)
He said he thought some owners might like a club night down there as it starts to get warmer (yeah right) - there's loads of parking and it's not badly lit and we could put on some kind of endurance race or grand prix for you or something (I'm sure I'd get you a good deal for a quieter mid-week night).
I ran the idea past the owner and he said to float it out there to you all to see if you fancy it.

Thanks for the positive support - I've asked him what sort of deal he can do.
Would you prefer a team endurance type thing or a Grand Prix and if it was something like a Tuesday night say in a couple of weeks (2nd April) - How many would come so I can give him an idea of numbers?
I think he would reserve all the parking out the front for your cars ?

Good idea!
I'd thought about a session @ Rye House @ their outdoor circuit too.
You can do hour long endurance as individuals or team events over various times etc
You definitely don't want to race there mid winter, the wind chill is very painful!
