No idea, it doesn't say.
Just says they have a " team of Subaru sales staff and technicians that possess the specialist knowledge needed to deliver a quality of service that has become synonymous with the Subaru brand"

Paid these guys a visit before Christmas when I went for a hatch test drive. They have lots of experiance of RS Fords and seemed quite clued up on performance cars.
Called them for a quote for 3 year service & MOT, unfortunately the were about £70 more than Haddocks of Colchester, but dont let that put you off!

Bit unusual (i.e. brave) to see anyone taking on the Subaru franchise in this economic environment - and even more surprising when you see how few Subaru cars are actually imported into the UK network for the dealers to sell......
I'm guessing they will rely on the service/parts dept's to maintain the profit margins needed. Can't see the sales dept keeping them out of debt.
But, hey ho - never knock another dealer taking the franchise on, so good luck to them and I wish them all the very greatest success!

Just called these guys to perform the service on my car (2011 STi sedan) and they refused to book a service if I am bringing my own oil. The car is not in warranty anymore and I have a receipt from Opie Oils for the oil. The oil is Motul Sport 5W40, which is more than suitable for the EJ25 engine. They said they use Shell and Havoline. That is the company policy... Very frustrating!
