POLL - Frayz for ESOC Moderator
As the title suggests .......
We need our own moderator to keep the Essex forum in order and up to date
Doing this to back up Frayz request to SN to become a moderator, so he can show this poll to whoever it concerns, that he has the support from us members on here to become a moderator for the Essex forum
Place your vote

Frayz .... You can't vote mate !!! There will be a conflict of interest

well i am a newbie to this site
but run my own online forum under the same name as my user name , i have run this for the last 4/12 years and have 8 staff and a business partner .
considering the number of staff we have helping us we have a member number in excess of 1200 and a daily post count of approx 50-200
i have spent a good few hours going through sn and the esoc forums and have to say a fresh set of eyes on the esoc side of things will certainly freshen things up and get members back on here , its a friendly place and only needs a gentle push in the right direction which frayz seems to have the vision and drive to achieve , i am sure with the right support from the senior members on esoc this can only be a good thing in the long run
forums in general are kept alive by the members themselves so the more interesting and up to date they are kept the more the members participate , couple that with staff who are first and foremost for the members and what they want to see on the forum and its a recipe for success .
based on what i have read so far frayz would get my vote!
keep up the good work

ron , i have been a keen model builder for the last 10 years and have built custom models for rallycar owners and enthusiasts like ourselves for all of that time.
i have had items of mine featured in classic ford , retro ford and a book due out next month , my building of models has slowed down over the last couple of years due to us selling more parts (real scale aluminium wheels, bodykits and decal sets)due to the high demand for them
after meeting my business partner and putting our skill together we have created a very popular brand in the diecast model world , this was only possible with the help of fellow enthusiasts who bought our items and became more friends than customers.
ours is a very niche market which has grown considerably over the last 2 years and most of this is down to our forum members who continue to push us along and keep us interested in what we do, we have a very very tight community on our forum due to the fact a member of staff is always on hand to help no matter how small an issue may be , this along with the fact i am still very much a model collector like my members helps the success of my small business and our members know were always on hand as a fellow modder first and foremost .
got my first 1/18 scale classic scooby the weekend which will be modded to replicate my real one ill start a thread on it if there is enough interest .
