Well perfectly timed it seems like I have finally found the problem with my car
Thank you to everyone that has helped with the suggestions
Turns out it was the maf that was calling all the trouble
It felt so good to take it out then stop and re-start and not have any issues, and it seemed to pull like a train so I'm a very happy boy all ready for the festive celebrations now
