Default Change of car

Well the time has come to park my Subaru up for a few months while things get sorted out on it as theres a lot that needs doing at the min. So im on the look out for a replacement car. Well ive found a vauxhall vectra 2.6 sri for sale. Im talking with the owner so hopefully we can come to an agreement.

Only downside is its all the way up in scotland. Ill stick some pics up later but it looks like a nice motor. Better still it has the towbar fitted so i can stick the subaru on the trailer and get it to the body shop. Watch this thread friends

vectra v6 sri are quite good mate but if you plan on keeping it for a while get the cambelt kit done and watch out for leaky rocker covers aswell, they are a pain in the **** to work on too especially when changing the plugs on the rear bank

how much you paying for it?

£500 is a bargain mate, i nearly brought a 2.6 v6 gsi saloon in black but the deal fell thru,1 bad thing about them vauxhall v6 lumps is how slow to rev they are-the flywheel weighs as much as me

Indeed it is a bargain mate. Yea there pretty lazy motors but the engines are pretty solid if there looked after. My last vectra had a lightened flywheel added onto it. My god what a difference that made
