Guide as to the value of my car?
Hi there , i have a my2006 55plate hawk sti uk spec so cheaper tax band.
Its nigh on standard albeit a pro drive sports cat , de cat centre,255l fuel pump +race dynamix re-map to approx 320 bhp .
Its done 47000m its a nice clean example with only a few tiny tiny car park dinks , full history with exception to one stamp missing in the book but hope fully i've still got the service sheet for that service but won't hold my breath as i'm rubbish with papers .
Its grey (same as a spec D). Looking to sell and would appreciate your oppinions as to what its worth , cheers Neil.

Its on central cars forecourt for 8495 which includes warranty and has been there for 5 months and not sold ,so i was thinking of taking it back and selling privately ? Not sure but was thinking £7500 but all the one's i've seen for sale are more than 8.5k and mine still hasn't sold which is annoying !

Thats cheap compared to a lot of others . Looking on the net the average is 9k+ for a hawk. Which is why i'm surprised its still for sale and the fact its through a dealer who puts warranty on it and can arrange finance and also take a px against it . I suppose hardly anyone wants one nowdays with fuel the way it is ?

I bought a 70k mile blob 05 plate STI for £6,400 so a lower mile hawk must be worth £1,500 more.
I would make a big point in the advert of stating that the hawk you have is in the lower tax bracket, it was the higher tax bracket nonsense put me off hawks.

See if you can get the trade value of your car, then work upwards if you want to sell it privately - think you might be surprised how low the cars value actually is............ I've just sold mine, and it wasn't for the values being quoted here!

Cocker car is still there just saw it near the back and no they've not bought it .
I think most of their cars are sale or return as they didn't seem interested in making me an offer on it themselves . And I would not sell it for 5k i'd keep it as i'm not desperate for cash but just don't use the car so thought i'd get rid .
Will do Stu just after a sensible price that it would sell for . Will prob advertise after christmas for around 7.5k as i cant see many people buying this close to christmas now .

Hello Neil, how's it going mate?
Funnily enough, I've been looking at cars this week and saw this on Auto Trader!
Looks a very nice car but was put off as according to the specs, it;s £465 a year tax
Though I'm really after a diesel Audi at the mo but it's likely to change!

It's already sold - new owner phoned me up for a chat about the old girl. New owner lives in St Neots, so not sure if he will be frequenting the ESC forum, but he's had a scoob before (a 2000 one) so he knows what they are about...
