The tunnel run has been going for a number of years now with no police trouble at all. I'm sure it will be ok.

I wouldnt worry mate as essex police are moving those on who act in an anti social way by racing threw the rounabouts. So as we will be parked in the services we will be ok mate

As Allen said nobody will be racing and as it is for charity it wouldn't look good on the police if they start dishing out fines!

alot of boy racers round tesco carpark and the roundabouts by kfc and mcdonalds are the more problem area's apparently, so should be ok in the services, we'll behave i'm sure .

The police have shown up in the past and there has never been any issues. With it being a regular annual event I'm sure they are well aware of it.

I've been to quite a few of these and I've never witnessed any racing or fooling around (donuts etc.) in the car parks.

We've nothing to hide and it's publicised as a charity event, not a race, so might even be worth contacting the police up front so there aren't any issues on the night when so many scoobs start arriving in the area.

I think it more to do with the police having the powers to move on them boys who hang around the lakeside retail parks week in , week out that play silly buggers in the car parks
