Default radiator help?..

Anyone have any experience with the aluminium radiators off eBay? The unbranded ones? They all have same spec but all prices seem to be different. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks :-)

The ebay ones are ok but you can have fitment issues due to a wider end tank and close proximity of the top feed tubes. If you have samcos for instance you can struggle to get both on with clips due to the spacing. I have a Jperformance one on mine and whilst is was fairly drop in I needed to modify the bottom mounting pin holes and force the samcos on !

i fitted an alloy ebay 2 inch radiator it fitted great but it holds so much water that the fans wouldn't come in at tick over so did not check the fans moving (4 space between fans and top rad hose ) all looked good when fans were still but when the fans moved (the first time i drove it ) the fans cut straight through the top hose (top hose needs trimming on the engine side so hose is as close to the power stearing pulley as you can get it but it does keep it cooler
