I have heard alot of story's about running In

What's recommend in general for running in a new short block?

It's on a Toyota corolla t-sport

Everyone seems to be an expert in this field and has their own opinion.

Assuming its a brand new short block from the factory and built to factory spec?

Just fill with OEM grade quality oil and drive it mate. Job done.

Dont rag it from cold and give it a first oil change after 150 miles.
