Smile A hidden little gem ???

The Breakfast Club.

As the name suggests it's a "morning" thing on the 1st Saturday of the month from April through to October unlike the all year round Posers Cruise.

The venue is The Hare, Bishops Stortford Rd, Roxwell, Chelmsford, CM1 4LU.

It's a gathering of car enthusiasts from Essex and the surrounding counties & it doesn't matter what sort of car you drive but the more interesting the better! You just have to enjoy cars and hang out with other people that have the same addiction!

You can't join the breakfast club, you can't leave the breakfast club either, you can't even get kicked out because everyone is a member, this is a non group group!

They normally start gathering at 9am and by 12 everybody has gone!!!! There is no official time and no real agenda! However there is free filter coffee, orange for the kids and Danish pastries for the grown up kids all provided by Pie & Pint Inns. A wicked bacon sandwich can also be purchased from the bar along with a great choice of food etc from the menu.

Just a selection of some of the visiting "exotica" plus the odd Scooby.

Starting with an old skool Ford.

The 2nd and 3rd pics, the twin superchargers aren't directly feeding the intake???

Hope its just not completed and not aimed at just supplying a better air feed towards the filter

I think he probably runs it without the belts etc on the road & connects it all up for runs at the Pod.

Will do Stu. I can't make the morning as I am working but will probably attend the Posers in the evening.

I think the Danish pastries would run out way too soon as they were rather yummy.

Certainly is. The best bit is the good spread of different but interesting cars.

If you liked Matching Green you will love this Paul. It's similar but on a smaller scale.

Last 2 meets for their 2011 spring/summer season are :-
Saturday 3rd September
Saturday 1st October
