well done mate on finishing the london-southend bike ride yesterday. Got a bit hard towards the end but you battled on and finished in a respectable time.

Thanks Paul, had a great day and so chuffed I finished, done virtually no training for it and started to feel it close to the end, my ar$e hurt, hands, back, knees and legs were sore and sooo wanted to go to the Macy D's drive through in Southend
You done really well too fella, especially after our 'refreshment' stops, don't know how you done that
Next year, more training, road tyres, and some suspension that you can lock-out, sure most of my effort was spent pushing the handle bars up and down rather than forwards!

Luckily my suspension 'locks out' so didn't have issues with hands/arms.
As I have said in the other thread, I feel we should have a team ESC effort next year
