Excellent photo your picture is better than seeing it for real. It happens so quick but you`ve captured it for ever. Bet the driver would be chuffed with a copy of that.
How`s the feet? My calf muscles ache.

Fantastic pic Brian.

Worthy of publication in a magazine I reckon. What's the going rate for freelance photography now?

Prices are stupid for these nowadays. Mexico's command even higher prices that RS2000's due to their rarity. Restro's can go for up to 6k if complete, Average cars are 6k plus, A1 cars 10-15k and concours cars (Like mine) can go for 15k to whatever someone is prepared to pay. Have known some cars to pass the 25k mark. Group 4 rally cars cost in excess of 100k to build now, A Monte car changed hands for over 150k recently.
There is also, a Red RS1800 (Only one left out of 2 ever built) that belongs to one of my best friends that has had offers of over 50k.............

All this money for a MK2 Escort.........

Its funny the other day me and my dad where talking, when i was born (32 yrs ago) my dad had his mk1 RS1600 but all he really wanted was a 911 porsche then he bought his mk2 RS 2000 and my mum said he could'nt keep both so he had to sell the RS 1600, in 1999 we tracked down my dad's old RS 1600 and my dad got to see it again and meet it's new ownerat the RS national day,it had been fully restored and was looking lovely and we found out the guy would sell it for 20k then, then my dad went to a classic show at the NEC and found out it had changed hands for 25k but needed a full respray as the paint had gone all crazy paving

Now my dad has finaly got his 911 but the funny thing is nearly all his mk1 and mk2 RS's he had owned are now worth more than his 911
