Paint job reminds me of the cop cars in Robocop .......in a good way!

Agreed, but like with all special editions... youre paying for the "Specialness" lol

I think its wrong to call it an RS500.... there will only ever be one RS500.

I agree on that one mate, shouldnt really be a 500.

The price isnt that bad when you look at all the differences, Matt black wrap, 1k? Mountune 2k, etc etc, 35k aint far off when you look at a similar spec in any other colour.

That's what I was thinking.

It was a similar thing with the WR1. You could get a normal STi to a very similar spec (apart from the body and wheel colour) and the price wasn't far off.

Same is probably true of most special editions, RB320 etc.

It's mainly the exclusivity of having a special edition rather than the performance.
