Hi well i been looking at the subaru for a little while now and been after the 03/04 shape ones , but an 02 one has come up so could use help me in say wether this is worth swapping for

my 05 reg fiesta st and £800 -- 2005 FORD FIESTA ST BLUE no offers £4999 on eBay (end time 29-Mar-10 17:27:14 BST)

to swap for this

02 reg subaru wrx -- 02 Subaru Impreza WRX 1000's spent New Engine Swop Swap on eBay (end time 23-Mar-10 20:39:54 GMT)

so would this be worth it

off course i will then later change the whole front to the newer looking 03/04 front
and i wanna put therear lights to standed but these things will wait

so your advise will be very helpful if this deal is worth doing ..

Keep the Fiesta mate, looks tidy and they are nice honest little cars. The scoob on the other hand looks awful IMHO. Rebuild and the styling makes me think Mmmm modded to the point of breaking ! Mmmm must sell on in some unsuspecting PX deal, MmmmI got done, Mmmmm must sell on for a PX on a tidy little Fiesta....I think what I am trying to say is walk away.

...and clearly the owner smells as I count 5 air fresheners in that car !

Do some research on scoobs mate. c.£6k+ can buy a reasonable amount of scoob MY03+.

Is it a case of I want to jump ship on the ST ? if so decide what you want STI/WRX power/age/styling etc. Frying pan fire etc, you'd do well to look at Pistonheads to see the sheer volume of scoobs for sale before you would have to settle for such an abomination as in your first link.

Err no, and STi's come as standard too

 

RS1, go and see/drive as many scoobs as you can mate....

you will then get the idea.

there are loads of peeps on here who can help you, when you feel you've found the right one.

take your time and hopefully see you in a scooby soon

ps: STi's are WRX's too, just to confuse matters

Lol you wouldn't be able to buy standard what most of us drive so expectations might be raised.

prob a good move... scoobs are money pits and yes they are a laugh but after that wears off, you're left looking at a pile of reciepts and a 2nd hand car that few people can afford to run.
