London-Southend bike ride 18th July
Bike Events Online
Me and Danny are going to be doing the ride this year, and looking at Facebook, it looks like Ross is going to be doing it as well. If we get 6 or more to enter then we can have a ESC team entry
60 miles with the sun on your back so any semi fit cyclist can make it
Put your names down and we can see how many we can get
1. B0DSKI
2. Customdanioc

If theres only two of you why not use a tandem
I am just going through the list of bikes at Evans Cycles as I have the voucher for £1000 to spend on a bike
The 2010 Scott Sportster P1 looks about the right combination for me as you can lock the forks for road & adjust for a little off-road.
If & only if I can get some training in I might be up for this.
Nice idea to get 6 for the ESC Team

Long way!! Have you seen what Eddie Izzard is doing big boy?? running 26.4 miles (London marathon distance) every single day for 53 days straight, he's 47 years old and only had 5 weeks training.............MASSIVE, MASSIVE RESPECT
60miles on a bike is easy.............I hope
If a fat bu66er like me can do it (yet to be proven, but I'm willing), then a slim line specimen such as yourself will have no problems

Nate, dont go full slicks mate if it rains you will be in a lot of trouble. Dan had a spill last year due to the slippery roads and slick tyres!!! lol
