Default can anyone help ???

hi all,
just recently put my front pipe de-cat on and its obviously over boosting,ive removed the restrictor pill from the pipe going to the actuator and bought a manual boost controller,but a: im not sure if its the correct one and b:i dont know how to install it,any help would be gratefully appreciated

Ive the same prob mate only 2 ways to fix it
go back to standard parts

Yup stop pissing in the wind and do it properly. A standard car is better than a 'budget and bodge it' half modded car. Sorry dude x

It's working now, just needed a damn good thrashing in a Basil Fawlty kind of way. I should have known really Swedes and birchwood etc...

I thought you were going to make reference to Rossy with the Pissing in the wind quote

Stick the cat back in until you get the boost controller set up. If it's a 97 or 98 you'll need a new ecu to be able to map it. Drive off boost till you've got it sorted. Chances are you're getting serious det when it overboosts and that'll kill your engine off eventually.

remove your boost gauge and just nail it everywhere....

gauges are over rated (or over inflated in your case)
