Pol for F1 fans
after all wots happend in the past 24 hrs, want to ask one question
What would you rather watch???
F1 with the large greedy car companies only in it to sell their own products with no thought of any of anything else
or
Smaller privateers with one thought in mind, great motor racing to please the fans
What do you all think???

touring cars are getting fewer marques, believe VXR are pulling out the end of this year.
as for F1, have to agree with what Chris has already said.

I'll watch which ever series has the fastest cars with the best racing action.
At the moment that looks like it'll be the new series proposed by FOTA.
Still think FOTA are bluffing though......

Me too and at the moment there's more fun in watching Touring cars than F1.
This season F1 has so far been a great shot in the arm for the smaller teams but has still been just one big procession

Be good to go back to the older style of racing. Drivers jumping out of F1 car
pop over to race in Indy 500, back for the touring cars, and then off to race a bike somewhere!
Touring cars were proper production cars too.
The good old days

it seems all form of motorsport is dieing, even rallycross seem's to be a bit yawn now, still don't think you can beat good old clubman racing for fun and entertainment, think the best racing i've ever seen was the mighty mini's at snett about 8 yrs ago, i think there was 6 cars all going for the lead and it changed every lap with lots of good old pushing and shuving
i think most of their race's were like that??

Best racing is on 2 wheels anyway. The last lap at Catalunya with Rossi and Lorenzo was awesome last weekend.
I will stay loyal to F1 too. I really can't get into A1, have tried but doesn't hold my attention.

Must admit, I'm getting back into F1, It's great seeing Jenson Button and Brawn beating the Maclaren's and Ferraris, not to mention Red Bull racing!!
Fantastic seeing the smaller teams thrash the "big boys"
IMO I hope Jenson wins the championship, he deserves it! Awesome ability, smooth driver and total control, he makes his tyres last longer than anyone else! Superb!!

Rossi Stoner Laguna Sega 08, stuff of legends
YouTube - Rossi-Stoner Laguna Seca 2008 battle
F1 has had a massive shot in the arm this year as the old order has been shaken up, a whilst I am loving Jenson winning, watched him through Karting, the racing is still not that brilliant. 40M = A1 not quite, but very close.

I just do not understand how both Ferrari & Mclaren can go from front runners to losers over one season.
It's not like they didnt know things were going to change for this season, so where's it all gone wrong?
