Okey dokey, i'll keep any eye out for you
I saw a lovley black M reg scooby with big spoiler and gold wheels parked on the high street in Colchester opposite JJB on Saturday, very tidy looking motor. Just thought it may be you.

What time are you chaps planning to be around in town tomorrow night?
I was going to get to my friends house which is at the bottom of north hill for around 5pm then walk up after a quick coffee, think the main race is at 7pm? Let me know roughly where you will be and i'll try and find you
is it a "pink shirt" event?

We aint gonna be up town much before half six i'd of thought, not sure on how busy it's gonna be so unsure as to where we'll be standing. Somewhere along Head street or the High street i'd of thought. I think the Pink shirt may well get a outing so i should be easy enough to see!! If not look for the 6ft3 blonde bloke i should stand out a bit!!!!

Ah Gutted!!!! And I thought the miserable sods hadn't turned up or were avoiding me
Did I have my silly Pink hat on aswell? They were giving them away and it matched my ESC shirt, was well chuffed
The cycling was awesome wasn't it, the speeds those guys operate at is a different world to the pedalling i do
I cycled home from town and average 16.7mph with a max of 35.6 but those guys were doing at least 30+mph up the high street great to be that close to the action.
heard loads of people moaning about not being able to walk around the town freely, mainly morbidly obese people
Hopefully catch you soon

Yeah they was going quite a lick wasn't they!! Never saw the hat M8, only the shiny head although i did see the Pink shirt. I had mine on and got a fair few strange looks from people!!!
I was well impressed with the bloke staying away on the front by himself for the last 5-6 laps
Did you stay for the awards ceremony??? I did and hopefully might make it onto ITV4 tonight

I'd shined the head especially
I had to cycle home so left just after 8pm, saw the guy make his break but left before the end of it. Wish I could have stayed a bit later as my friends got their piccies taken with Ed clancy the team pursuit olympic medallist
Do you do much pedalling yourself?

I'm amazed you didn't hear me swearing, the traffic at 5.15 was a nightmare!
What a stupid idea blocking off half the road capacity on a weekday

Yeah a fair biy Andy, been through a fair few road bikes in my time and recently sold my Colnago swearing i'd had enough of road bikes and was gonna stick with Mountain bikes. Wished i'd never sold it tbh and have just bought a Principia off of Ebay which i'm gonna drive up to Peterbourgh to pick up on Sunday. Looks like it's gonna need a bit of TLC but should be back on the road soon.
Halfords had a pretty good team last night what with Clancey & Rob Hales amongst them. No wonder they are winning the team comp
