Default Pink shirt outing

Evening all,

after the excitement of going to my first meet on Thursday and getting my new sexy window stickers and PINK shirt, I couldn't wait to get out and wear my new shirt.
As it seemed like it was going to be a while before i got the opportunity to wear my pink shirt i thought i'd give it an outing today around Colchester
And I have to say they are a bit of a conversation starter, had a few people ask me questions about what the "scooby crew" is and about what car I drive. So all in all a good first outing of the shirt (hope this isn't against any rules?)
Can I wear it when I go to Edinburgh next weekend for my marathon, pretty please??????

Glad to see you are getting your monies worth out of the shirt Andy. You will no doubt find, as many others have, that the whole pink thing becomes a bit infectious.

The shirts have been known to pop up far & wide throughout the UK & have made several appearances over the Channel as well. They have also been mentioned in some well known car mags.

Wear it in Edinburgh with pride. I wore my TEAM-ESC.CO.UK Time Attack Race shirt on the plane to & from France last week & it too raised some interest.

LOL nice one Andy , glad that you are enjoying it , oh yes the ole pink shirts really do raise a few eyebrows , you wait till you get out with the ESC heard & we all wear them , there are a few group photo's floating about somewhere

It's great as you walk down the street how others people walking in the opposite direction try & read the ESC Logo front center & as you pass they look round & read the back

Please carry on enjoying & as Flat Eric said please wear it with pride in Edinburgh to

Did Chloe like her ickle one ?

Oh yes we certainly get about a bit.

I have had some of the best times out with the "crew" & here is just a small selection.

Please excuse the "Simon Cowell" shorts

The ESC logo is not just confined to shirts

Great to hear you're wearing the shirt with pride - they are great for spotting people in a crowd, as we found out in Brighton today!

As we were walking about today I noticed several people looking at my chest, then realised they were reading what was on the shirt.......

As the holiday season is upon us, I think we ought to start a thread with the most bizare & unusual place the shirts can be photographed in - with the imagination of some on here I think it could be quite amusing!!

I wore mine with pride at the WRC 2008 Monte Carlo Rallye, when we were in the VIP area.

As you said, it does get a lot of interest. Mine has also been signed by Petter Solberg when I managed to get to his car after the special stages, unfortunately the signature is right on the beer gut
