Default About time we played some golf

As above we've not been for a while. Can I suggest the weekend of the 6th / 7th June?

I'm sure one of the many courses out there will welcome us for a society day

All welcome. Usual banter will no doubt be in full flow. Especially as a few of us haven't played for a few months.

Would you be able to book a group of us in though Andy? Your course looks a cracker on the web.

Priors is very nice or South Eseex G&C as well. Bit pricey compared to 3R though at about £30 - £35 for golf only on the weekend.

It's a good day out if you like Porkers
A good blend of classics and modern cars .

A t**t turned up last year with a carrera GT which looked stunning. he lost all credibility as he left the show and gave it the beans through the village. You heard the limiter kick in on 1st and 2nd gear so he must have been moving very quick by then. Not bad for a 30mph zone

Most probably will be there

I could get some cards out for you, we regularly get asked about detailing. I clean our cars to a reasonably high standard before they are sold but some of our customers like that little bit extra

I can pre-arrange all the tee times
i am just as happy to have a run down to your way again but it would be nice to play somewhere different than 3R's although the deal you get there is good

I should be ok for that weekend, happy to play anywhere. Played South Essex a few weeks ago, was only £24 and £20 for a buggy. Not sure on society packages though. Played Montecastillo last Saturday (used to be where the Volvo Masters was played), bit far to go for a game, but beautiful course!.

I take it you don't mind paying at www.surreynational.co.uk then ?
What day are we playing ?
I telephoned & they can do something like 10:30 & 10:38 or a bit later if needed. Always good to get out before 11:00 if we can as the public can play after 11:00.

Working with the current list we would have to pay £23 each. Normally £35 for public on a weekend.

If thats okay with everyone I will prepare to make the arrangments.

List time ...

1. Matty

2. Captain

3. Spally

4. Slim

5. KevD

6. Maz

7. Pinseeker

I am still up for playing even if we go somewhere else to play

Save me the wooden spoon!!

So are you thinking of the Saturday or the Sunday that weekend? My mate Simon and I are up for the Sunday but can’t play the Saturday. Well if you can call my zig zaging down the fairway playing in the first place!

If there is money involved the handicap committee will have to sort out "true" handicaps or we play off 3/4?? ;-)
