Go to warners bridge roundabout and into mcdonalds ,argos and the like , But go straight on to the flying club. You can get pretty close that way. Not sure if your camera lense will fit through the bars @ the gate mind you , But maybe worth a 5min detour

I took this on a grim winters day. I think the sky lends itself to the menace of the subject.
I managed to take this early enough to keep the period in time preserved.
Nothing worse than someone walking across the background in a hoodie or something.
